CEE Kerala Publishes KEAM 2026 Merit List Today, Centralized Allotment Process To Begin Soon

KEAM 2026 rank list: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala is scheduled to declare the highly anticipated Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical (KEAM) 2026 rank list today, June 26, 2026. Thousands of candidates who appeared for the state-level entrance examination will be able to access their engineering and pharmacy ranks late in the evening on the official candidate portal. The publication of the merit list follows the completion of the extended Class 12 marks submission process, which allowed students to update their academic records for accurate rank computation.Originally planned for release on June 20, the publication date was deferred by the authorities to accommodate students whose board exam marks changed after the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced its Class 12 revaluation outcomes. Following directives from the Higher Education Ministry, the CEE extended the marks entry window until June 23 to ensure no candidate faced an unfair disadvantage due to timing constraints. With all student data verified and processed, the state is now set to initiate its centralized admission window.Standardisation and key metricsA total of 1,48,146 candidates registered for the KEAM 2026 entrance examination, highlighting the immense competition for professional courses in the state. Out of this total pool, 1,08,409 candidates registered specifically for the engineering stream, while 39,737 candidates registered for the pharmacy stream. Students who secured a minimum of 10 normalised marks in the entrance test are deemed qualified to be factored into the final merit ranking. The engineering rank list is prepared by applying an equal 50:50 weightage formula. The final index score is computed out of a total of 600 marks, combining the normalised KEAM entrance test performance (300 marks) with the normalised Class 12 marks obtained in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (300 marks). This standardisation process ensures parity between applicants arriving from different secondary school boards, such as CBSE, CISCE, and the Kerala State Board.Schedule of major eventsThe complete schedule highlighting the milestones of the examination cycle is structured below:
