Candidates who have already registered for the entrance exam can now make changes to their application forms by visiting the official website, natboard.edu.in. The correction window opened on July 25, 2026, and will remain available until July 28, 2026. Registered Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) graduates are advised to review their application forms carefully and make the required corrections before the deadline.

What can candidates edit?
During the correction window, candidates can edit most details in their application form. However, the following details cannot be changed:
- Name
- Nationality
- Email ID
- Mobile number
- Aadhaar details
- Address
- Examination state preferences
NBEMS will also provide a selective edit window from July 31 to August 10, 2026, during which candidates can correct uploaded images such as:
- Photograph
- Signature
- Thumb impression
